A San Francisco-based real estate investment company specialized in EB-5 financing, channeling foreign investment dollars into public and/or private projects in the U.S. that create jobs for the U.S. economy. The intent of the EB-5 immigrant investor program is to encourage the flow of capital into the U.S. economy and to promote employment of U.S. workers. Since 2008, over $26 billion of foreign direct investment has been deployed into the U.S. economy via the EB-5 Program.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to assist us with all aspects of accounting and fund administration matters as we add new funds, expand our platform and finance additional real estate projects. The position includes responsibilities for performing accounting and operations activities for our investment funds and management companies. This individual will also interface with our third party fund administrator and data systems providers, generate regular reports and analysis. Furthermore, this individual will also perform general operations company functions including general ledger, accounts payable, preparing financial statement, etc. The role offers an accounting professional an opportunity to broaden his/her scope of professional responsibilities as our firm expands.
