Job Summary:
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as a Change Management (CM) Analyst. CM analysts provide actionable recommendations on improving the effectiveness of change management and provide support for CM wave implementation activities (e.g., activity tracking, deliverable and work product reviews, escalation of risks and issues, and action item tracking). CM analysts support CM knowledge management, data analysis, and reporting activities. This includes tracking and updating CM surveys and related data to analyze the operational impact and provide written reports.
Minimum qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Possesses knowledge of appropriate data sources to address specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling
- Performs scientific research, scientific writing, and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents
- Works under supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline is required or an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- VA experience preferred
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
- Prosci Change Management Certification

Compensation:
- Full-Time Direct Hire
- Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
