JOB DESCRIPTION

This position involves the accurate assembly, wiring, and finalization of various electronic devices and assemblies according to Engineering specifications. The size and complexity of each assembly may vary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load programs, firmware, and settings into devices using computers and peripheral hardware.
• Assemble control devices, apply labels, and package peripherals as per Production documentation.
• Wire and assemble control devices as per schematic diagram.
• Perform daily material transactions and log assembly data using computer ERP system.
• Maintain a safe and productive work area by keeping it organized.
• Stand and use hand tools, and occasionally lift objects.
• Assist with verifying stock accuracy through occasional cycle counts.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma.
• Technical training or related experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, E-mail, and Apple OS.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and CAD assembly drawings.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Production Department - Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with ½ hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks.
• Overtime, including Saturdays, as required to meet business demand
