    Our client, an established MSP based out of Moorestown, NJ is looking for a Network Support Specialist to join their team and play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
    **This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Fully on-site.

    Salary, healthcare, PTO, plus up to $8,500 for use of company vehicle (gas card and tolls).**

    Responsibilities

    - Assist end users courteously via phone and work orders.
    - Gather user information and problem details for efficient troubleshooting.
    - Prioritize and schedule technical issues, escalating when needed.
    - Document troubleshooting processes and successful resolutions.
    - Utilize diagnostic tools for effective problem solving.
    - Perform field service support, including equipment installation.
    - Hands-on fixes at desktop and server levels.
    - Develop user help sheets and knowledge base articles.
    - Troubleshoot and service various systems and equipment.
    - Identify and correct network issues.

    Skills/Abilities

    • Troubleshoot, maintenance, and repair of equipment including but not limited to firewall, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, printers, scanners, cameras, and software.
    • Troubleshoot and correct any network related issues.
    • Familiarity with business-class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, and SQL.
    • Perform Field Service Support, e.g. Installation of phones, firewall and routers, cameras, card access, WAP and cabling.
