Job Description
Our client, an established MSP based out of Moorestown, NJ is looking for a Network Support Specialist to join their team and play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
**This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Fully on-site.
Salary, healthcare, PTO, plus up to $8,500 for use of company vehicle (gas card and tolls).**
Responsibilities
- Assist end users courteously via phone and work orders.
- Gather user information and problem details for efficient troubleshooting.
- Prioritize and schedule technical issues, escalating when needed.
- Document troubleshooting processes and successful resolutions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools for effective problem solving.
- Perform field service support, including equipment installation.
- Hands-on fixes at desktop and server levels.
- Develop user help sheets and knowledge base articles.
- Troubleshoot and service various systems and equipment.
- Identify and correct network issues.
