    Job Description

    · Would you like a part-time, flexible schedule? · Do you like managing your work and cases? · Would you like to work in an enjoyable, collaborative environment? If so, Emily Brown Law may be a good fit for you. The person who will excel in this role prefers autonomy, enjoys the detail-oriented aspects of property law, figuring out solutions to complicated problems, and working with people. The ideal candidate can explain complex legal issues to clients and communicate with government agencies, lawyers, and judges. This person possesses good computer and research skills and can create engaging presentations when required. Benefits: I believe in hiring excellent employees, compensating them appropriately, and promoting a culture that supports work-life balance. Therefore, compensation includes competitive pay, bonus compensation, and a retirement plan. My firm serves clients in York, Lancaster, Chester, and Fairfield counties and focuses on real estate litigation, land use, eminent domain, and landlord-tenant cases. We use technology to improve client service, reduce the number of in-person client meetings, and resolve cases as efficiently as possible. As a lawyer, you may work from anywhere that's convenient for you as long as you protect client confidentiality and use a secure network connection. You will be the primary attorney on cases assigned to you and may assist another attorney on cases as needed. This position requires at least ten to twenty hours of work per week and may grow into a full-time position. I prefer some experience related to the legal field or real estate. If this sounds like you, I'd like to speak with you. To apply for this position, email your resume to emilybrownlawapplications@outlook.com.
