Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation:
$100,000+ for Florida Registered Paralegals
$80,000+ for non-registered candidates , commensurate with experience

Our client is a boutique law firm located in Orlando, FL, with a strong reputation for their work in eminent domain and related areas of real estate and commercial litigation. Their collaborative, high-performing team is seeking a skilled paralegal to join them and contribute meaningfully to their clients' success.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Eminent Domain Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience , ideally in eminent domain. Real estate, construction law, or commercial litigation experience is a plus. The successful candidate will support attorneys in all aspects of eminent domain litigation and administrative proceedings from pre-suit through trial and settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage legal documents including discovery requests, pleadings, motions, and exhibits
Coordinate and manage property and project files, including records related to valuation, appraisals, and title
Review and analyze land use documents, surveys, legal descriptions, and plats
Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and witness materials
Communicate with clients, experts, and governmental agencies
Maintain and organize case files, manage deadlines, and support multiple attorneys efficiently
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in eminent domain, real estate, or commercial litigation
Florida Registered Paralegal status is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and local court filing systems
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
