    QUALIFICATIONS: • Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment • Hard worker and natural leader • 1-2 years of experience • Degree educated • Prior customer service, sales, or media experience preferred • Excellent student mentality and eager to advance quicker than others • Is a local or resides around the San Jose area

    Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply: customer service, ticket sales, radio sales, client relations, management, etc.

     

    DAY-TO-DAY TASKS: • Integrate public relations and communications with sales to create personalized brand experiences • Quickly assess and resolve issues for both the consumers and clients. • Lead one of our client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals • Identify consumer's needs, wants, and purchase trends in given areas. • Engage with program users daily to increase the effectiveness of the productivity of the department • Assists in the determination of goals and priorities with team, clients, or project management sponsors. • Build sustainable relationships with potential leads through personalized interactions • Generate long-term leads through exciting personalized interactions • Manage multiple consumer accounts and ensure there is loyalty • Constantly engage and challenge your skills to quickly professionally develop. • Adapt to new markets and audiences, understanding completely how the consumers behave • Train and develop others on successful systems • Handle other tasks as assigned
