We are looking for talented and competitive ENTRY-LEVEL/1ST PARTY COLLECTORS that thrive in a quick collections-cycle environment. The ideal candidate plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and determine best available options
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
• Collect payments on delinquent accounts and take actions to encourage timely payments
• Accurately process payments and efficiently update account records
• Build relationships, develop trust, and find solutions to help customers meet financial obligations
• Maintain brand protection through professional interactions with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience
• Basic math skills
• Intermediate knowledge of email, Internet browsers, and search functions
• Basic knowledge of credit, interest, and loan procedures a plus
