We are looking for talented and competitive ENTRY-LEVEL/1ST PARTY COLLECTORS that thrive in a quick collections-cycle environment. The ideal candidate plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and determine best available options
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
- Collect payments on delinquent accounts and take actions to encourage timely payments
- Accurately process payments and efficiently update account records
- Build relationships, develop trust, and find solutions to help customers meet financial obligations
- Maintain brand protection through professional interactions with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience
- Basic math skills
- Intermediate knowledge of email, Internet browsers, and search functions
- Basic knowledge of credit, interest, and loan procedures a plus
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $1,500 Bonus - $500 at 90 days and $1,000 at 180 days
