    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership/shift running experience required.

    Passion for leadership and a desire to mentor and uplift your team.

    Proficiency in front of house or kitchen operations.

    Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
