Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Possess high levels of independence - Finding elegant solutions to difficult problems - Collaborating with Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and increase profit margins - Represent a brand with rectitude and in a positive light and by doing so help to increase sales and bring a brand story to life! - Assist with placement or upgrades of products and service orders - Take confidential payment information as well as other personal information such as address and phone number - Performing front line customer service: Answering customer questions, escalating issues and informing customers of current deals and promotions - Grasp changes efficiently -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers -Provide accurate and complete information using given tools and training Requirements: - 1-2 years of sales and customer service representative experience - Associates degree preferred - Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-sufficient and motivated - Active listening skills and the ability to adapt quickly and respond to all types of individuals. - Grasp company and product knowledge quickly - Desire to advance in skills and leadership / customer management - Personable, energetic and professional demeanor with a positive frame of mind - Strong work ethic and moral compass - Reliable and great at communicating with customers as well as a team What's in it for you: - Traveling opportunities in and out of the US (all expenses paid!) - Holiday closures - Opportunity for advancement and extensive training programs - Company culture activities - Incredible holiday parties - International and diverse work atmosphere
