Job duties as listed but not limited to:

• Working knowledge of AccuZip Mail software
• Working knowledge of direct addressing, tabbing, inserting and read/write equipment
• Working knowledge of swing arm and friction fed mailing equipment
• Experience in USPS Bulk Mailing including Mail Anywhere and Seamless Mailing

Additional duties as listed but not limited to:

• Effective communication
• With our internal team regarding due dates, materials needed, and changes in postal requirements
• With management on escalating concerns

Organization of the mailing area

• Ensure area is neat and orderly
• Maintaining the appropriate levels of postage and USPS materials
• Attend and be active in the daily morning production meeting
• Ultimately ensure that all client due dates are met
