    Commission (without cap) payable after candidate reaches and maintains specific quotas.

    This challenging but rewarding role requires a strong understanding of international logistic and the sales process.

    Objectives of this Role:

    \- Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.

    \- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual contact and sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

    \- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

    \- Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals.

    \- Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    \- Strong knowledge of international logistics, both import and export, air, and ocean.

    \- 5+ years within the international transportation industry, 2+ years outside sales.

    \- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

    \- Ability to adapt and thrive in a position that requires self-motivation.

    \- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

    -Ability to travel Office territory which includes California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and international as needed.
