    Empire Torque Tools. We are customer focused industrial tool provides the highest quality torque and tension equipment for rent and purchase. We are based out of Houston, TX with rental and service offices in Beaumont, Sulfur LA, Gonzales LA, Midland TX and Denver CO. We are expanding in California and Mexico in 2023.

    Industries served include wind power, oil/natural gas, construction, factories, mining, railroad, manufacturing, and other heavy industrial applications.

    Products we distribute include Hydraulic Torque & Tensioning Equipment, Battery Torque Tools, Pneumatic Torque Tools, Industrial Hydraulic Pumps, and Manual Torque Wrenches.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1 - 3 years of experience in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding goals which may be demonstrated through a successful track record in industrial tools sales, or experience in an applicable industry.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment with minimal assistance
    • Ability to consult with customers and identify tooling solutions that address their challenges
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
    • A competitive nature and a desire to win is a must.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop the ——territory and demonstrate execution by meeting sales targets
    • Perform product demonstrations, deliveries, and regular customer follow up visits
    • Meet sales goals through collaboration with leadership and regular forecasting of opportunities
    • Utilize a consultative approach with customers, and work to drive customer satisfaction
    • Serve as key contact to customers
    • Cold call potential clients and set in person meeting
    • Generate appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business
    • Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue
    • Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls
