YOU’LL BE SCREENING, RECRUITING AND INTERVIEWING POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES FOR WAREHOUSE, CLERICAL AND OTHER SPECIALIZED POSITIONS. YOU WILL ALSO BE EXPECTED TO:

• Create and post jobs on various platforms as well as source and contact active and passive candidates online.
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Accurately maintain employee files.

WE REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE AT LEAST 2+ YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE FILLING A VARIETY OF JOBS PLUS KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT LAWS AS WELL AS:

• Knowledge of the E-Verify process.
• Excellent computer skills including various software, email programs, and more.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus!
