Job Description
WE ARE HIRING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO MANAGE CUSTOMER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS. YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED TO PROCESS ORDERS, MODIFICATIONS, AND ESCALATE COMPLAINTS AND CONCERNS ACROSS A NUMBER OF COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
PAY RATE: $16 to $18/hr. DOE
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday 9am - 5:30pm
LOCATION: Buena Park, CA
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers (both internal and external) at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders in ERP system ( preferably Sage MAS 200 or similar) and working on EDI platforms to Download po’s, Routing, Sending ASN’s, and Invoicing.
- Well-versed in managing end to end EDI process for Customer’s such as Walmart, Target , Walgreens ,Biglots , Dollar tree.
- Arranging carriers, taking quotes using negotiating skills.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other related departments including production, purchase, warehouse, sales etc. as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers, experience in ERP system like SAGE (Mas 200), SAP, & EDI platform like True Commerce, SPS commerce
- Experience working with customer support
- Preferred experience in routing, processing retailer orders like Walmart, Dollar general, Target, Walgreens etc.
