Empire Workforce Solutions is currently looking to hire an Onsite Recruiter Ontario, CA.

Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 DOE

Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM

_ Job Description_ :

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations onsite.
• This role requires strong organizational communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the clients and staff.
• This role is expected to ensure that all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, meeting safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

_ Responsibilities_ :

• Recruit for various general labor and forklift operator positions
• Handle candidate/client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner
• Review attendance, notify client with call outs and follow up with employees on no call no shows
• Making sure employees always follow safety guidelines and wear PPE and steel toe shoes while at the jobsite.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with client and applicants through open and interactive communication.
• Create/update reports including attendance, recruitment data, etc.
• Acting as a resource for temporary associates as well as client supervisors
• Often work in busy outside environment, so an ability to multi-task and delegate is essential with this role.

_ Required education and experience:_

• 2 years
• Computer literate
• Experience with time keeping systems, NovaTime a plus.
• Having experience working in a recycling center a plus.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
