EMPIRE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS IS SEEKING TO HIRE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO WORK FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATED IN OAKLAND, CA.
PAY RATE: $20 to $25 PH DOE
TEMP TO HIRE
SUMMARY:
Represent the company in a professional manner to their customers, vendors, and general public, completing and coordinating all office functions in regards to customer service, daily workflow, and quality of work with the corporate office department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals
- Operate office machines
- Prepares daily bank deposits
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail, processing outgoing mail
- Issue purchase orders and maintain purchase order long and files
- Performs clerical duties
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports
- Performs other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Possesses excellent customer service experience
- Must be able to communicate both written and verbally in English
- Entry level accounting experience
- Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma required
