    Emplicity is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), providing HR and benefits solutions to a variety of clients.

    We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator Intern that is ready to take on projects related to HR and benefits administration. Expand your HR and Benefits knowledge and use your technical skills by working with our HR and Benefits consultants.

    As a Benefits Coordinator Intern, You Will:

    Assist with employee benefits technology, systems understandings, requirement planning, and system recommendations for our clients

    • Research new technologies in the employee benefits space
    • Provide client project and service support for the benefits specialists
    • Assist with compliance research regarding regulations at the federal and state level

    Education, Experience, & Skills:

    • Must be of Junior or Senior status, pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Extremely accurate with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, intermediate Excel skills
    • Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in the insurance industry
    • Must be comfortable with technology, including extracting data via report writers.
