Job Description

A manufacturing company in Sharon Center is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative to join their team on first shift.

Responsibilities:

-Resolving customer inquiries about orders on hold

-Support and take calls from customers and direct them to the correct person

-Customer order entry, quoting and sourcing

Requirements:

-High school diploma/GED

-Experience with Sage Accounting Software

-Data entry experience

Shift:

Part Time: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 8a-4:30p

Pay:

$15/hour
