    YOUR OPPORTUNITY

    • Run a staffing office which includes sales, and recruiting activities

    • Use standard and creative recruiting sources to ensure the supply of qualified candidates to fill client job orders

    • Ensure all colleagues in your branch are meeting/exceeding their assigned recruiting metrics while leading by example.

    • Create and Develop the Branches Book of Business by actively selling our partnership to potential clients.

    • Meet regularly with current clients to ensure quality of placements and satisfaction with our service

    • Support your branch sales representative and monitor new business development; develop multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development

    • Select, hire, train, and develop your own amazing staff

    • Manage your team and ensure results with hands-on coaching

    • Establish and communicate goals, objectives and incentives to your staff regularly

    • Analyze weekly branch numbers to ensure you're meeting/exceeding your weekly plan

    • Other duties as assigned

    YOUR ATTRIBUTES

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, or a related field

    • Knowledge of Word, Excel, ATS / CRM experience preferred

    • Passion for working with people

    • Exceptional customer service skills, systems knowledge, and leadership experience

    • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, team environment

    • Proven track record of sales growth

    • Ability to manage, motivate, coach and train others

    • A career-minded individual with desire to learn and grow

    • Desire to embrace new technology and efficiencies
