EMPLOYBRIDGE IS LOOKING FOR A HR GENERALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• Strategize with all levels of management regarding employees and issues such as performance management, relations, and termination
• Be available to advise colleagues on workplace issues
• Collect and evaluate employee opinions through internal surveys and colleague outreach
• Train, educate, and inform managers and colleagues on employment laws, and other issues
• Handle investigations on employee complaints
• Respond to unemployment claims
• Coach employee's on performance issues
• Handle employee terminations/separations
• All other duties as may be assigned

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate, influence and consult strategically with all levels of management and employees
• High quality and sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills, change management and relationship building skills
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret employee relations statistical data and trends
• Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
