OUR PROLOGISTIX DIVISION IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED STAFFING INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL TO FILL AN IMMEDIATE BRANCH MANAGER OPENING IN PUYALLUP.  THE BRANCH MANAGER WILL LEAD BY EXAMPLE WHILE OVERSEEING ALL RECRUITING AND SERVICE DELIVERY OPERATIONS FOR THE OFFICE.  IF YOU ARE A DYNAMIC STAFFING MANAGER WHO LOVES WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HELPING TO CHANGE PEOPLE’S LIVES, THEN WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU TODAY!  

THE BRANCH MANAGER WILL:

• Oversee recruiting, service delivery, and staffing for a busy light industrial staffing office 
• Play a hands-on role in daily branch operations
• Develop team members by providing consistent and ongoing training, leadership, and feedback
• Develop multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure quality of placements and satisfaction with our service
• Strategize and implement staffing plans for seasonal peaks and recruiting ramp-ups
• Establish and communicate goals, objectives and incentives to your staff regularly
• Analyze weekly branch numbers and review monthly P&L statements against defined goals

BACKGROUND PROFILE FOR THE BRANCH MANAGER:

• 3+ years of staffing industry background including operations and management
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of accountability
• Passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional customer service skills and operational savvy
• Strong computer skills including MS Office/Outlook/and the ability to quickly master new software as needed
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, team environment
• Proven track record of growing quality business
• Ability to manage, motivate, coach and train others 
• Desire to embrace new technology and efficiencies
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
