    Job Description

    The Recruiting Ramp Implementation Manager will partner with local teams to set and achieve benchmarks for new applicants, interviews scheduled, number of candidates hired, and number of assigned associates. They will analyze data points related to the order fulfillment cycle in order to prioritize and implement applicable solutions, mitigating breakdowns and ensuring success in meeting or exceeding order fulfillment goals.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Strategic Planning

    ·       Conducts pre-ramp assessments in partnership with local leadership to build strong recruiting strategies for each qualified market and client. Creates a detailed partnership plan for each account to formally document needs, order commitments, scope of ramp-specific recruiting work, and ownership of required activities to set clear expectations for both the RIM and the local team throughout the ramp. This prework may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

      • Identifying bottlenecks in recruiting processes such as candidate flow, candidate skill level, screening questions and job posting quality and effectiveness.
        • Providing solutions to solve for the root cause such as recommended recruiting campaigns via our advertising partners and collaborating with our SAS teams to ensure appropriate screening questions are being asked during initial candidate pre-screen.

    Tactical Support & Order Fulfillment

    ·       Executes day-to-day administration of recruiting strategies. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

      • Job Posting Triage/Maintenance
        • Posts jobs broadly (Craigslist, local boards, etc.)
        • Recruiting for active and passive candidates across social platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
        • Executing and coordinating local grass roots efforts (i.e. job fairs, community outreach, unemployment offices, PR, etc.)
        • Conducts passive recruiting
        • Event promotion
        • Setting up digital job boards and social ‘boost’ campaigns (Indeed, Zip, Facebook, etc.)
        • Managing Refer-A-Friend campaign set up in CRM
        • Managing all mass communication activities (outbound TextUS and Facebook) and coordinating additional email mass communications 
        • Coordinating SAS solutions 
        • SWIS maintenance and monitoring (calendar full, phone/in person interview coordination, NCNS)
        • Assist with order fulfillment by interviewing, selecting and assigning qualified candidates to job orders as needed

    Reporting and Tracking

    • Documents, measures, monitors, and reports out project progress from end to end. Reporting tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

      • Participating in daily whiteboard calls
        • Completing Trigger Documents and Tactical Execution Plans for each account
        • Confirming next 4-week order commitments on tracker (total)
        • Confirming commitments are recorded in CRM with start dates
        • Monitoring order fulfillment to weekly forecast
        • Recording all recruiting efforts and successes on the Tactical Execution Plan for each account
        • Tracking new OAE volume to ensure new applicant goals are achieved
        • Tracking assignment starts/ends for re-deployment
        • Monitoring finalized to assigned metrics
        • Weekly reporting on order fulfillment
        • Escalates challenges and provides transparency amongst team and leaders

     

    EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital recruiting methods and tactics(social, job board)
    • Minimum of 2 years of staffing recruiting experience required
    • Experience with high volume, light industrial recruiting
    • Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion
    • Willingness to travel to branch and client locations as needed.
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus
