    IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

    We are seeking a motivation driven Implementation Manager to join our Corporate VIP team.  This person would ideally be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.  The Implementation Manager leads the implementation of new VIP (Value-In-Partnering) partnerships and ensures that training, processes, and procedures are in place to meet our commitments at a VIP work site.

    PURPOSE:

    This position leads the implementation of new VIP partnerships and ensures that training, processes and procedures are in place to meet our commitments at a Value-in-Partnering work site.

    As an Implementation Manager, you will travel extensively in the markets you support, coordinate multiple market visits to align to critical planned implementation tasks and milestones, and also be readily available to quickly respond to unplanned issues that impact launch readiness.

    CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Personifies our company at all times.
    • Nurtures, builds, and maintains strong relationships between the SPM, client and our company, anticipating and developing value-added service to support changing client needs.
    • Demonstrates the company’s and the area’s core values, operating principles, and service differentiators.
    • Creates and manages the implementation timeline.
    • Develops the Service Delivery Model.
    • Creates processes and procedures to fulfill client needs as outlined by the Service Delivery Model.
    • Maintains all support functions for SPM at client site, including but not limited to timekeeping system, payroll and attendance reports, invoicing, production effectiveness reports, field employee orientation and performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
    • Develops various site specific written documents and metrics reporting as needed.
    • Manages and communicates travel schedule effectively.
    • Facilitates meetings, conference calls and webinars as needed.
    • Communicates constantly with VIP Team, branch and/or area management concerning status of account.
    • Participates in scheduled service reviews at client site as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus three years’ successful working experience in the staffing industry. 

    • Communication and leadership skills sufficient to complete required job functions.

    • Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and the ability to learn new computer systems.

    • Experience implementing change using multiple continuous improvement tools.

    • Proven ability to influence others and lead change.

    • Proven ability to work productively with others. 

    • Proven ability to successfully coordinate a project.
