EmployBridge is seeking a Time Card Processing Coordinator for a full-time opening in Farmers Branch, TX.

• When you are at work, do you stay focused on the task or do you like to socialize? If you like to socialize, this may not be the right job because of the amount of data that is being processed. Again, this information needs to be focused on the review of time cards and accuracy is essential.

JOB SUMMARY:

EMPLOYBRIDGE IS SEEKING A CENTRALIZED PROCESSING COORDINATOR The Centralized Processing Coordinator will retrieve and input time collection data into various systems. Work as a liaison between the branch and the Shared Service Organization to insure timely submission of payroll and billing data. This position will report to the CPM Manager and be located in our Corporate Dallas Business Service Center in Irving, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor direct email and payroll email boxes frequently to ensure timely and courteous responses to any inquiries, requests or updates
• Manage the collection and keying of multiple branch payrolls for field associates
• Ensure time is approved for processing
• Ensure accuracy and calculation of time received
• Ensure payroll is compliant for basic payroll i.e. Overtime etc., bonus
• Enter time into LPM from received timecards
• Review reports out of People Net, Time Trak and bridges to balance hours against TMT
• Upload clocks into LPM
• Review and create PBA upload
• Balance and submit to Payroll Processing
• Manage relationship with branch

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Two years' experience in an office environment.
• Payroll Data entry a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, swift and accurate data entry
• Excellent communication skills & strong customer service background
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel -- V look ups and pivot tables)
• Must be flexible with schedule

HOURLY SHIFTS FOR THIS POSITION:

MONDAY: 10:30am – 6:00pm, 30 min lunch

TUESDAY: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 30 min lunch

WEDNESDAY: 8:00am – finish (typically 9:30pm or 10pm), 1 hour lunch

THURSDAY: 8:00am – 1:00pm

FRIDAY: Rotates every other week and either: 9:00am – 2:00pm or 2:00pm – 7:00pm

TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK – 38 – NO OVERTIME OPPORTUNITY
