    The Clerical Assistant is a support role to the CEO and other Executive Management positions. The unique individual chosen for this role must be detailed oriented and able to take direction while executing each task with a high level of efficiency and must be able to multi-task.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Inventory Control _
    _1. Maintenance of inventory in keeping track of style and quantity of products. Keep inventory organize by categorizing styles, color and sizes. Report weekly to supervisor the remaining inventory quantity and style on inventory control report
    2. Inventory preparation for sales and trade show events.
    3. Inspect inventory for product defects

    Sales __1. Ability to research stores for NurtureLux product sales.
    2. Maintain buyer list for products. (Ex of buyers include mattress stores, spas, and major home retail stores)
    3. Research of manufacturing companies for licensing of products
    4. Research and gather point of contact information for sales representative at retail stores for product sales.
    5. Maintain and update sales contact list monthly or as needed.

    Grant Assistance __
    1. Ability to research and recognize grant qualifications for NurtureLux.. _
    Social Media assistance_.
    1. Ability to post content on all social media platforms. Assist with creating social media content.
    2. Ability to engage social media audience
    3. Research social media trends for continuous audience growth

    General Duties. 1. Provide customer service by representing company in a professional manner, and ability to answer product questions at owners' direction.
    2. Able to call for appointments and take messages on owners' behalf and direction.
    3. Able to perform data entry duties by entering data in excel spreadsheet, word document or other company software
    4. Skills to create Microsoft Word documents, Excel worksheet, PowerPoint, memos, and other company correspondence
    5. Other duties as assigned

    Other
    1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computer literacy
    2. Able to take direction and constructive criticism
    3. Ability to work with minimal supervision
    4. Ability to maintain professionalism and professional appearance
    Strong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt to changes within work environment Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
