    Job Summary: As a member of our dynamic event team at [Venue Hall Name], you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of events, providing a clean and well-prepared environment for our clients and their guests. This position encompasses responsibilities in clean-up, set-up, and event support, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the success of our events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Clean-Up Responsibilities:

    1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize event spaces, including banquet halls, meeting rooms, and common areas, before and after events.
    2. Remove trash and debris from event spaces, ensuring a clean and presentable environment for incoming guests.
    3. Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
    4. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
    5. Assist with post-event cleaning and breakdown of tables, chairs, and equipment.

    Set-Up Responsibilities:

    1. Arrange and set up tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment according to the event plan and client specifications.
    2. Ensure that all event spaces are aesthetically arranged and functional in preparation for guest arrivals.
    3. Work closely with event planners and coordinators to execute their setup vision.
    4. Verify that audio-visual equipment and technical requirements are in place and functioning correctly.
    5. Safely transport and handle event equipment and materials as required.

    Event Staff Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    2. Help coordinate and facilitate event logistics, including guest registration, ushering, and seating.
    3. Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met.
    4. Assist with the service and presentation of food and beverages, when applicable.
    5. Collaborate with the event manager and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or concerns.
    6. Maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and hospitality throughout the event.
