    Position Title : Realtor Administrative Assistant

    Location : Las Vegas, NV

    Hours: Part-time

    Pay: $15/per hour

    Location Area: Spring Valley Las Vegas

    **Job Description: **
    As an Administrative Assistant with the Riddle Group, you will be responsible for efficiently managing
    real estate paperwork, assisting with ad campaigns, and supporting our social media marketing efforts.
    This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication
    skills.

    **Key Responsibilities: **
    1. **Paperwork Management: **
    - Organize, maintain, and file physical and digital documents.
    - Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document retrieval.
    - Assist with to create reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
    2. **Advertisement Support and Social Media Marketing: **
    - Help create and proofread ad copy and visual materials.
    - Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing content.
    -Analyze ads and social media metrics to provide reports regarding which content has the most
    success. Subsequently create the next ads and reels for optimal engagement.
    - Post and schedule the created content on various social media platforms.
    - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
    3. **General Administrative Support: **
    - Provide administrative support to various vendors as needed.
    - Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
    - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
    - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
    **Requirements: **
    - Proficiency in using office software and social media platforms.
    - Strong organizational and time management skills.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    - Professional development opportunities and additional training on social media, digital marketing, and
