Order Planning Administrator– Great Pay & Benefits!
EmployPro Staffing is hiring in the Antioch, TN area.
This position is permanent and long term! APPLY TODAY, START ASAP!
Payrate depends on experience, $23.50-$25.50/ HOUR.
1st shift Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm with OT as needed and occasional Sundays.
- Manage warehouse orders planning que. Dispatch pick tickets to picking team for fulfillment. Ensure timely completion of pick jobs and delivery to packaging stations. Manage exception orders, monitor, and ensure completion of open orders each day.
- Identify and resolve inventory location issues.
- Must have supervisor experience
- Experience with WMS to manage the daily que of open orders
- Process customer orders, dispatch pick tickets to picking team for fulfillment of order.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Service Reps to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control to ensure exeption picks are reconciled and product is returned to inventory or dispositioned according to SOW.
- Provide various client-specific or various departmental process requirements, such as inspections, cycle count, warehouse management system updates/ configurations, etc.
- Ability to acquire TSA certifications
Experience in following area are a plus:
- B2c & B2B Retail Logistics Compliance (Amazon FBM, Target, Walmart, etc.)
- Retailer Logistics Portal (Ship IQ, Amazon Seller Central, Retail Link, etc.)
- Retail Compliance Management - Exception and Chargeback Mitigation
- Customer Centric and Professional Interface and communication skills
- Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
- Ecommerce Order Fulfillment
- Problem Solving
- LTL Common Carrier Routing, pick - up scheduling and BOL prep
- Single picklist, batch and zone order flow picking / packing Strategy
- Warehouse operations
