General Description: Assist Account Management Team in the service and retention of clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with Policy Renewal and Open Enrollment process
- Help prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) by obtaining census data from clients and gathering general client information from carriers/administrators
- Aid development of Policy Renewal Analysis with proposal review and data entry
- Request contract changes and/or plan amendments from carriers/administrators as needed
- Contribute to creation of employee Benefit Guides and Open Enrollment Materials for employee educational meetings
- Review employee Benefit Summary drafts for clients including policy changes and clarifications
Assist Account Managers with day-to-day operations
- Process employee coverage additions, changes and terminations in carrier/administrator online portals
- Fulfill requests for supplies from clients
- Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts
- Verify accuracy of client plan documents
- Provide general administrative support for the team
- Develop client/carrier/administrator contact sheets
- Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system
- Maintain client documents in shared drive
- Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues
- Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes
