    We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven person to join our HR team as the Employee Engagement Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for all the fun things that help drive our culture of respect, compassion, and employee investment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys solving problems, meeting new people, and making a difference. A willingness to travel to our venues, flexibility, and experience in Human Resources and Event Planning is helpful for this role. **

    What you will do:**
    • Contribute to the development of a work environment that strengthens and reflects the company's core culture.
    • Support and help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an exceptional, seamless experience for each employee.
    • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs to foster a highly motivated and valued workforce.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to highlight employee milestones and significant events within our brand.
    • Plan and execute employee team building and engagement events across all venues (minimum 2 events per venue per year).
    • Develop new initiatives that drive culture and boost morale.
    • Responsible for the planning and execution of our annual events such as the Jersey City Fishing Trip and the Milestone Awards Dinner.
    • Process online gift card orders.
    • Help with other HR needs such as onboarding and creating job postings.

    Qualifications**
    • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to travel to events and venues (sometimes after work hours).
    • Able to motivate and encourage staff to attend events.
    • Hospitality industry experience a plus
