ESC is currently seeking to add an experienced, full time Recruiter to join our customer service oriented team. This position will require the Recruiter to work remotely, at an ESC client.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Conduct first round interviews to assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage pre-employment on-boarding tasks and orientation
• Attend local job fairs and college fairs
• Create and update job descriptions
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Local travel between three locations is required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•  Word, Excel and Access
