    ESC is looking to add a dynamic Business Development Executive, who is committed to organizational growth and success, to our customer service-oriented team! The Business Development Executive will work to drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals, as well as maintain ongoing business relationships.

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Generate new business for ESC by prospecting, meeting with potential clients, creating and presenting proposals and closing business.
    • Develop an understanding of the unique needs of clients and propose appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
    • Maintain positive, proactive business relationships with clients and other partners.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
    • Educate customers through detailed explanations and coordinates demonstrations.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's services, as well as business and competition.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years sales experience required.
    • Strong track record of success with consultative, business-to-business, sales
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software
    • Excellent oral/written communication skills
    • Well-developed presentation skills
    • Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to build rapport
    • Availability to travel within the WNY area

    Pay Range: $60-65K

    **Please keep in mind this compensation range is for base pay only. Additional earning potential is available based on performance through **commission and bonus.
