Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney – Defense Side to join its growing Labor & Employment practice. The attorney will represent employers—ranging from small companies to large national organizations—in the full spectrum of employment-related matters, including litigation, counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, and day-to-day HR advisory work.

The ideal candidate has employment law experience (either defense or plaintiff) and desires to counsel, represent, and defend employers in both transactionally and in litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active member of the SC state bar (NC is a plus).

• Experience level: Associate 3–6 years employment law experience

• Exceptional writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaborate within a team environment
