Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney – Defense Side to join its growing Labor & Employment practice. The attorney will represent employers—ranging from small companies to large national organizations—in the full spectrum of employment-related matters, including litigation, counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, and day-to-day HR advisory work.
The ideal candidate has employment law experience (either defense or plaintiff) and desires to counsel, represent, and defend employers in both transactionally and in litigation.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active member of the SC state bar (NC is a plus).
Experience level: Associate 3–6 years employment law experience
Exceptional writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaborate within a team environment
