    Base: $120,000--$150,000

For a management-side employment attorney who wants real ownership over a practice rather than associate-level work within a large structure, this is a structurally different opportunity than most of what's available in the market.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    You'll handle both litigation and counseling for employer clients: representing management in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases; advising on federal and state employment law compliance; drafting policies, handbooks, and employment agreements; and handling EEOC and Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission proceedings. You'll also advise on internal employment issues within the firm itself. Direct partner mentorship throughout.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Experience: 3--5 years in management-side employment law, with both litigation and counseling experience

    \- Experience with employment litigation (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment)

    \- Counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance

    \- Drafting employment policies, handbooks, and agreements

    \- Experience handling EEOC and/or state administrative proceedings

    Bar Admission: Nebraska bar preferred (or ability to waive in)
