Full-time salary: $125,000–$150,000 DOE + bonuses (OTE up to $175,000) Responsibilities: We’re hiring an Employment Attorney with 2+ years of California employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). You’ll handle strategy and courtroom work with a team that clears the noise so you can deliver outcomes. We don’t just react—we protect, prevent, and position clients for success. You will: • Advise and defend California employers on state labor and employment laws. • Litigate—court appearances, mediations, depositions—with ownership and support. • Draft and tailor agreements, handbooks, and compliance policies that actually work. What we measure: quality and impact—not face time.Target: 1,450 billed and collected hours annually with a reasonable caseload. • Origination: not required; rewarded when it happens. • Support: dedicated team, modern systems, and streamlined admin. Qualifications: Who You Are • Active CA Bar member in good standing • Skilled in California employment law and litigation ( federal experience a plus) • Strong analyst, clear writer, effective negotiator, steady advocate • Ethical, driven, and ready to make a measurable impact for small businesses Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 yearly
