    Employment Attorney

    Seattle, WA

    A fast-growing plaintif-side employment law firm, handling matters in employment law, personal injury, consumer rights, and class actions, is seeking an Employment Attorney with at least two years of litigation experience. The firm represents clients in cases including wage-and-hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environments, workplace injury, and retaliation.

    This role offers hands-on experience in both state and federal class action litigation, meaningful casework, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and high-impact legal team.

    Employment Attorney Responsibilities

    • Manage cases from intake through resolution, including state and federal class action matters
    • Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
    • Conduct client and witness interviews and summarize statements
    • Review and analyze employment contracts, policies, and other relevant documentation
    • Prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings
    • Support attorneys in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and litigation planning
    • Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and calendars across multiple jurisdictions
    • Advise clients on employment law matters, including wage-and-hour compliance, workplace policies, discrimination, and retaliation issues
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality client representation

    Employment Attorney Qualifications

    • Licensed to practice law in Washington (active or eligible to waive in)
    • Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
    • Must have experience with employment law and understanding of FEHA and/or Title 7. Experience with class action wage/employment a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
    • Occasional travel may be required
