Responsibilities: • Provide legal strategy and prepare employment-based immigration petitions (H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, I-140, PERM, NIW), as well as select naturalization and family-based cases • Represent clients at USCIS interviews and lead interview preparation sessions • Conduct legal research and advise clients in response to evolving immigration policies and regulations • Supervise and review paralegal work product to ensure quality and compliance • Communicate directly with clients to assess needs, advise on case strategy, and manage expectations • Independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy • Participate in firm meetings, contribute to best practices, and support firm initiatives • Handle complex requests for evidence (RFEs), audits, and other government correspondence Qualifications: • JD degree and active bar membership required • Minimum 1 year of experience practicing employment-based immigration law • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills • Excellent communication and client management abilities • High attention to detail with a strategic mindset • Professional demeanor, proactive work ethic, and team-focused attitude • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and case management systems • Reliable transportation required • This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday. Compensation: $90,000 - commensurate with experience
