Responsibilities: • Ability to litigate cases with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, and interacting with opposing counsel • Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery • Familiar with court rules and procedures • Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently Qualifications: • Minimum 3 + years of Employment Law experience as a licensed attorney in California on the plaintiff side, and must have litigation experience. Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 yearly plus bonuses
