Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $180,000 - $240,000+ annually plus bonuses, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Strong understanding of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively
Strong research and legal analysis capabilities
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate merits of employment law cases and develop case strategies
Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
Conduct depositions, mediations, trials and settlement negotiations
Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
Research and analyze employment statutes, regulations, and case law
Supervise and direct support staff
Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues
