This is a full-time role for a First Year Associate / Recent Law School Graduate who is sitting for the July 2025 Florida Bar Exam.

Candidate should be in Broward County, have reliable transportation, be familiar with discovery, and be hungry to litigate in Federal Court (99% of our cases are litigated at the Federal level).

Labor & Employment Law Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for litigating cases in federal court on behalf of employees/plaintiffs. The day-to-day tasks include all aspects of federal litigation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Proficiency in technology and computers
• Ability to draft motions and pleadings
• Work independently and without supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership and good standing (or membership pending) with the Florida Bar
