Malamut & Associates is seeking an attorney to join the Labor and Employment Practice. Plaintiff Employment Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. Licensed in NJ (PA license or eligible to waive into PA a plus.)

The ideal candidate will participate in the representation of individual clients in the area of employment and labor law. Individual will maintain relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct handling employment litigation
• Juris Doctor Degree
• Admission to New Jersey Bar is required. Pennsylvania Bar Admission or eligibility to waive into Pennsylvania is a plus.
• Currently in Good Standing with the New Jersey State Bar
• No disciplinary history
• No history of professional negligence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Tech savvy – ability to learn and use legal industry software applications.
