Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative immediately for an ongoing position working with a supplement manufacturing company in the Los Angeles area. The Customer Service Representative’s primary goal will be to help provide assistance with placing orders and answering customer inquiries. You will fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role, has knowledge or mass market and/or ecommerce customer service and will thrive in a fast paced environment. 

About the role:

• Answer multiple incoming calls from customers
• Assist in processing orders
• Answer any customer questions
• Make some outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
• Provide information to customers
• Data entry
• Other tasks as assigned

About the candidate:

• 1+ years in a customer service role (MUST)
• Experience with mass Market and/or E-Commerce customer service (MUST)
• Bilingual in Spanish (PLUS)
• Intermediate MS Office skills (MUST)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment (MUST)
• Personality and characteristics: attention to detail, typing, fast learner, excellent reading and comprehension, communication, punctual, ability to recognize and solve issues, planning, organization, and ability to work independently, professionalism, courteous
