Job Description
Our client is an award-winning boutique talent agency representing composers, songwriters, and music supervisors for film, TV, new media, and theatre located in Universal City, seeking to hire an experienced Assistant to support their CEO with various administrative tasks including calendar management, sending out invitations, project coordination, dictation during meetings, and filling in for the receptionist during their breaks.
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday), direct-hire, onsite position. The average work week will be 45-50 hours with paid overtime. Depending on experience, the agency is offering $22- $25/hour PLUS year-end bonuses AND annual merit increases. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Rolling calls & taking detailed call notes, balancing multiple incoming calls
Tracking projects: maintain and update project records + notes, continually find and track upcoming projects via trades; IMDBPro, etc.
Communicating daily with clients, producers, and studio executives
Create & review client submission reels for projects
Project Invoice tracking: keeping clients' film schedules organized, tracking when each milestone is ready to be invoiced for, communicating with the accounting department on client financials
Organizing the daily agenda for agents and ensuring emails are handled, calls are returned, etc.
