Compensation- $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Compensation including a base with a structured Bonus Plan and Benefits Responsibilities: • Creating case strategies and plans for successful outcomes in a variety of employment and personal injury matters • Conduct and defend depositions of lay witnesses and experts • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials • Draft complex pleadings • Manage case files, track progress, and manage deadlines • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Ability to build strong client relationships • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident and calm in high-pressure situations • Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while providing aggressive representation • Experience with motion practice and depositions • Experience representing clients in mediations • Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team • Prior experience representing Plaintiffs and/or at least three years of litigation experience Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Base Plus Bonus
