Job Description

We are seeking a Data Engineer With ETL Experience to become an integral part of our development team! You will design strategies for database systems as well as set standards for operations, programming and security. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and construct large relational databases
• Integrate new systems with existing in-house structure
• Perform security assessment for potential risks
• Refine system performance and functionality
• Provide architecture guidance and support to technical leads
• Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer or in a similar role with exposure to multiple languages including Python
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with ATA technologies 
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure-as-code providers
• Knowledge of distributed systems
