• Work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensing: Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona.
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience: Previous home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Strong time management, independent work capability, excellent communication skills.
• Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid Arizona driver’s license.
