Position Details:

Job Title: Per Diem Physical Therapist

Employment Type: Part-Time, Per Diem

Salary Range: $45-50/hour

Location: Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness, Chino & Chino Hills

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with diverse musculoskeletal conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals.

Collaborate with our team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and ways to promote wellness.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapist license.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptable problem-solving abilities.

A passion for patient care and a desire to learn.

Flexible shifts: morning/afternoon or all day. Coverage needed for up to 12 weeks per year on an as-needed basis, mostly with advance notice.
