EMPOWER SUSTAINABLES is the only SUSTAINABLE ENGINEERING company working on residential homes. We are solving the most basic needs: ENERGY, WATER AND FOOD and currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Canvassers and In-Home Marketers for lead generation.
EMPOWER SUSTAINABLES is currently seeking self motivated candidates interested in joining our industry leading roofing/solar team! We specialize in SOLAR ENERGY, ENERGY AND WATER EFFICIENCY, AND ROOFING INSTALLATION!
This is an entry-level position to start, meaning we provide full education in orientation to the right candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic. ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS.
At least 18 years of age.
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and Working cell phone.
POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR, APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE.
Must be a SELF-STARTER and able to WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
Enjoy meeting and talking to people from all walks of life.
Computer proficient and able to learn applicable CRM software.
Communication Skills.
Team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Convey product and services to consumers in-person
Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand ambassador
Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide the best solutions
Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Cultivate leads through networking, door knocking (leads are also provided)
Educating the homeowners about the program thoroughly
Be a touchpoint for customer questions and concerns throughout the process

SALARY: $75,000 TO $150,000/ ANNUALLY (pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications)
