EMPOWER TITLE, LLC is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized ESCROW OFFICER responsible for closing functions in Tamp, Florida Office. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take direction as well as handle a large volume of work.

JOB DUTIES

· Proactive communication with clients

· Prepare CD/HUD for closing

· Prepare closing package for remote closings

· Balance files with the lender

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or equivalent certification

· Proficient in MS Office Applications

· 3+ years of title industry required

· Strong attention to detail required

· Problem solving and communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills
